Participation of the Projects Department in a Capacity-Building Workshop in Cooperation with the American University

The Projects Department participated in a specialized workshop aimed at developing the capacities and skills of its staff, in cooperation and coordination with the American University, within the framework of strengthening academic partnerships and exchanging institutional expertise.

The workshop addressed a number of important themes focused on enhancing project management efficiency, applying best modern practices, and developing planning and organizational skills, contributing to improved performance quality and the achievement of the institution’s strategic goals.
